Description
The 350 sq meters villa has been restored and furnished according to the local Provencal spirit, but also contains distinctive modern spaces. The main house and the garden studios can accommodate up to 11 people.
The house comes with many amenities and special features. There is air conditioning in all the ground floor rooms and each bedroom is equipped with a full bathroom. The entrance is an ancient stone paved courtyard and behind the house is a sunny swimming pool.
The panoramic view stretches south to north, from the open Mediterranean Sea to the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The property has three outside terraces and a shaded veranda for hot summer days. This residence has a well-maintained garden with a lighting system for the evenings.
The chlorine free swimming pool measures 13 X 5 meters. It is equipped with a counter courant and with an alarm system for the safety of young children. The swimming pool can be lit at night.

Positioned right at the tip of Saint Tropez’s peninsula, the spacious house dominates over the plain. It is located close to the beach Les Sallins and is only two kilometers from the village. To go to Saint Tropez will take 3 minutes by car, and the famous beaches of Pamplona (Club 55, Nikki Beach) are just 10 minutes away.
